Parts sold by Ken L Frey Auto Repair are to be installed per the manufacturer’s instructions by a qualified technician. Compliance with Federal, state, and local regulations regarding the handling and disposal of hazardous materials and waste products is the responsibility of the purchaser/installer.
Ken L Frey Auto Repair is not responsible for the installation or operation of the products except as detailed in the product/service description.
CORE POLICY
When a product specifies that a core charge applies, the core must be returned as per the following instructions in order to receive the applicable refund.
Cores must be returned only with prior authorization. A return goods authorization code must appear on the package. All shipping and other charges to return the core are the responsibility of the purchaser. Absolutely no c.o.d.’s will be accepted. Cores that are damaged or unsalvageable will not be accepted for refund.
