Shipping PoliciesProducts will be shipped and insured at customer’s expense with the cost to be determined by the weight and shipping address. Customer will be advised estimated shipping time upon receipt of the order.
WARRANTY POLICY
Ken L Frey Auto Repair warranties apply to the original purchaser and specifies that it will provide replacement or repair free of charge if it is found to be defective in material or workmanship for the specified time (12/12 is 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first; 24/24 is 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first), with the following considerations. This warranty includes parts replacements plus related labor.
1. This warranty does not cover (1) Parts that are damaged by abuse, neglect or accident; (2) towing charges; (3) Loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the vehicle, commercial loss and/or consequential damages.
2. Ken L Frey Auto Repair must authorize any warranty repair or replacement. In the event of a failure, Ken L Frey Auto Repair must be contacted for consultation and determination of course of action.
3. Specified follow-up service must be performed to keep warranty in effect.
Backorder PolicyKen L Frey Auto Repair will inform the customer if an item is out of stock. If the item will be available at a later date, this information will be clearly provided to the customer. In the event that the item is no longer available or there will be a substantial delay in availability, Ken L Frey Auto Repair will inform the customer promptly.
